Joanne Fenton, CEO of St. Mary's Hospital in Streator, Ill., has announced her resignation, effective Sept. 27, according to a hospital release.
Ms. Fenton will leave her post at St. Mary's to take a new job as CEO of Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital in Loveland, Colo. Ms. Fenton will work closely with COO Larry Schumacher to ensure a smooth transition. A national search for Ms. Fenton's successor will begin immediately, and an interim CEO will be named before her departure.
