Andrew Wilson, president and CEO of St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D., voluntarily resigned yesterday to pursue other business opportunities, according to a Bismarck Tribune report.
Gary Miller, hospital's senior vice president and CFO, has been named interim president and CEO as the board determines how the position will be filled on a permanent basis.
