CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital resigns

Brad Solberg, MHA, CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, Ill., is resigning to accept the position of president of OSF St. James Medical Center in Pontiac, Ill., effective Jan. 1, 2015.

Mr. Solberg has served as CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital since 2001. Previously he held leadership positions in hospitals in Ohio, Michigan and North Dakota.

During his tenure, Mr. Solberg led the hospital through three major construction projects, the most recent one valued at $23 million constructed over a 30-month time period, completed in December 2012.

An interim CEO will fill Mr. Solberg's position until a permanent CEO is selected.
