Children's Hospital Central California in Madera has announced that the hospital board and President and CEO Gordon Alexander, MD, have mutually agreed to end their association, effective Nov. 15, according to a hospital news release.
The board has already initiated a national search for a successor and will be aided in this effort by a national search firm and a board-appointed search committee.
Interim executive leadership for the hospital will be provided by Executive Vice President and COO Todd Suntrapak and Vice President and CFO Michele Waldron. The news release did not provide a reason for Dr. Alexander's departure.
