Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health has selected Hui Jiang-Saldana, MD, to serve as executive vice president and COO, effective in October.
Dr. Saldana most recently served as vice president of operational excellence for the West Florida division of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth. She was previously COO of Advent Health Hospital Tampa (Fla.).
She also has leadership experience at Cincinnati-based Mercy Health, including as regional vice president of logistics, lab and pharmacy.
Dr. Saldana is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned her master of health services administration degree and MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
