Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services has announced the appointment of Alan D. Guerci, MD, as president and CEO, effective July 1. Dr. Guerci currently serves as executive vice president for CHS and president and CEO of CHS's St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, N.Y., Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre, N.Y., and St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage, N.Y.
