Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Md., announced the appointment of Mark Olszyk, MD, as vice president of medical affairs and CMO.
Dr. Olszyk previously served as senior medical officer at the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Quality, Safety and Value.
