James O'Loughlin, CEO of Carolinas Hospital System in Florence, S.C., will be stepping down to take a similar post at an unnamed Florida hospital, according to a South Carolina Now report.
Mr. O'Loughlin has served at the helm of Carolinas Hospital since 2002. Prior to that appointment, he held executive leadership roles at Gadsden (Ala.) Regional Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City and Tallahassee (Fla.) Community Hospital.
