Carol Kuplen has been named COO of St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem (Pa.) Campus, according to a health system release.
St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem Campus is part of St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network, which is based in Lehigh Valley. In this newly created position, Ms. Kuplen will be responsible for the operations, fiscal performance, quality outcomes and strategic initiatives for the Bethlehem-based hospital and related sites. In addition to her new campus-specific COO responsibilities, Carol will retain her role as CNO for the St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network.
