Carlisle (Pa.) Regional Medical Center has named COO Rich Newell as the new CEO following the resignation of John Kristel, according to a report in The Sentinel.
Mr. Kristel's resignation, effective April 29, came after his appointment as CEO of Good Shephard Rehabilitation Network in Allentown, Pa., according to the report.
Mr. Newell has served as COO at CRMC for three years, according to the report.
