CareNational Healthcare Services, a medical management talent recruitment and consulting firm, has promoted four key staff members to management positions.
Here are five things to know about the promotions.
1. Ron Amodio and Kevin Slafkosky, formerly regional directors of CareNational's Pacific Region and Atlantic Region respectively, were promoted to regional vice president roles.
2. Tom Hasara, CareNational's research manager, was promoted to director of business intelligence at CareNational's corporate headquarters.
3. Andy Tracy was promoted to associate director of CareNational's non-clinical/administrative support division.
4. In addition to those four promotions, Aaron Lebovitz, formerly vice president of client development, will become CareNational's president while Steve Thornley maintains the CEO role.
5. "These promotions and responsibility realignments position our leadership to guide CareNational through each phase of our five-year strategic growth plan," Mr. Thornley said in a prepared statement. CareNational's five-year plan includes the hiring of 65 to 75 staff members.
