Boston-based Candescent Health has appointed three strategic vice presidents.
Here are nine things to know about the new hires.
Tony Lenox will join the company this month as vice president of client service operations.
1. Mr. Lenox has more than 20 years of experience growing high-performance technical support teams for a variety of products and industries and supporting multiple products on various platforms and environments, according to Candescent.
2. Most recently, he was vice president of worldwide customer support at Imprivata, an IT security company.
3. He joins the Candescent team to oversee the group supporting and monitoring radiologists' workflow.
Katie Vahle joined the company earlier this year as vice president of professional services.
4. Ms. Vahle has years of experience working with patients and customers.
5. Prior to joining Candescent, Ms. Vahle co-founded CoPatient, a healthcare expense management service, and held leadership roles at athenahealth.
6. In her new role, she will be responsible for building, guiding and scaling enterprise-level implementation and related professional services for Candescent customers, the company said.
Lori Scanlon joined the company earlier this year as vice president of marketing and communications.
7. Ms.Scanlon has years of experience in launching new products, establishing new brands in the market and creating marketing programs.
8. She spent the past eight years leading marketing efforts at PatientsLikeMe, an online patient network.
9. In her new role, she will set the overall brand strategy and lead product marketing efforts.
