El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., has named Ned Borgstrom interim CEO effective July 1, according to a hospital news release.
He will temporarily replace Ken Graham, who will continue to serve as CEO through June 30. Mr. Borgstrom currently serves as interim CFO of El Camino. He most recently served as interim CFO of the Northern California region of Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.
Carol Emmott, who leads the Health Services Practice of executive search firm Russell Reynolds, is heading the search for a permanent CEO. Russell Reynolds is partnering with a nine-person hospital committee, led by Patricia Einarson, MD, to find a CEO by the fall.
