Jerry R. Jackson, vice president of engineering, facilities and property management at Quincy, Ill.-based Blessing Health System, has retired, according to a Herald-Whig report.

1. Mr. Jackson worked at Blessing Health System for 32 years.
2. He began his career at the health system as administrative director of building management at Blessing Hospital in 1985.
3. He has served in numerous management roles since then, including as vice president of engineering and facility development and president/CEO of Blessing Physician Services.
4. He is an American Hospital Association-certified healthcare facilities manager.
