Joseph Morrissey, president of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton (Mass.) has announced he will step down, effective Dec. 31, according to a Milton Patch report.
Mr. Morrissey has been with the hospital since 1998 and was named president in 2003. He guided the hospital through its affiliation with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, which was completed in January.
Doris Sinkevich, BID-Milton's COO and CNO, will serve as the interim president after Mr. Morrissey's departure.
