Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health has named Becky Hardie, BSN, RN, the new CNO of its hospital in Waco, Texas, effective May 16.
Here are four things to know about Ms. Hardie.
1. She will support a team of nursing and healthcare professionals while providing executive leadership and oversight for the nursing operations of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest.
2. Previously, she was vice president of administration and administrator of Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth (Texas).
3. At Andrews, Ms. Hardie led nursing leadership and staff development, established the women's and children's simulation lab and was the executive lead for three Bill Aston Quality awards.
4. Additionally, she held the role of system lead for women's services at Baylor Scott & White Health – North Texas Division.
