Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System tapped Nishant Anand, MD, to serve as executive vice president and CMO.
Here are three points:
1. Dr. Anand, an emergency medicine physician, will also oversee BayCare Physician Partners, a physician-led clinically integrated network.
2. He was formerly senior vice president, chief transformation officer and chief medical officer at Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System.
3. He has prior experience serving as senior vice president at Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System and CMO at Phoenix-based Banner Health Network.
