C. Todd Jones, president of Baptist Health Richmond (Ky.), is resigning, effective Jan. 26 2018, according to a Richmond Register report.
Mr. Jones is leaving to take on the vice president of ambulatory experience and operations role at BayCare Health System in Clearwater, Fla. He has worked at Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health since 1996, spending the last seven years as president at Baptist Health Richmond.
During his tenure, the hospital completed a $20 million renovation that included expanding the emergency department. Mr. Jones has also been instrumental in developing new service lines, including a cardiac intervention program and outpatient physical therapy.
The hospital's board of directors will immediately begin searching for Mr. Jones' successor.
