Lourdes Boue was named CEO of Baptist Health Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables, Fla.
Ms. Boue will succeed Javier Hernandez-Lichtl, who maintained executive positions with Baptist Health for more than 30 years, according to a Nov. 6 hospital news release. Ms. Boue will also continue serving as CEO of Baptist Health West Kendall Baptist Hospital in Miami, leading both community hospitals, which are part of Coral Gables-based Baptist Health.
Ms. Boue previously served as vice president of operations for West Kendall Baptist, vice president of Baptist Outpatient Services and corporate director of strategic planning and business development for Baptist Health.
Baptist Health is a 12-hospital system with more than 27,000 employees.
