Newton, Mass.-based Atrius Health has named Patrick Holland CFO.
Here are five things to know about Mr. Holland.
1. He succeeds Leland "Bud" Stacy, who plans to leave Atrius Health at the end of 2016 to pursue the next phase of his career.
2. Most recently, Mr. Holland has worked at KPMG in Boston as a principal in their healthcare advisory services since 2014.
3. He also previously spent more than four years as founder and managing director of the Boston office of Wakely Consulting Group. In that role, he led the organization's expansion by working with federal and state governments, as well as payers and providers nationally and locally, according to a news release.
4. From 2006-2010, Mr. Holland was CFO of Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority, a government-sponsored insurance exchange that was the model for the state exchanges under the Affordable Care Act, according to a news release.
5. Mr. Holland earned an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from Suffolk University in Boston.
