The Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center has appointed Leslie Wiggins as director, according to a Fox News Atlanta report.
Ms. Wiggins takes the helm as the center is under investigation by the Veterans Affairs Office of the Inspector General for mismanagement that may have led to the deaths of three veterans, according to the report.
