Arcadia Healthcare Solutions names former NCQA deputy CIO as chief technology officer

EHR data aggregation and analytics company Arcadia Healthcare Solutions has named Jonathan Cook, former deputy CIO for the National Committee for Quality Assurance, its new chief technology officer.

During his tenure at NCQA, Mr. Cook developed data collection systems used by the major health plans in the U.S., which insure more than 170 million individuals, in addition to being a part of the team that launched NCQA's first online health plan accreditation system.

"Jon brings not only deep experience in healthcare technology, but a true passion for the field, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have him on our team," Sean Carroll, Arcadia's CEO, said in a news release. "His leadership of our engineering and infrastructure teams will continue to push the envelope for our innovative technology platform, while his understanding of how to connect business and technology to achieve strategic and operational goals will be invaluable to our customers as they continue to navigate the transition to value-based care."
