Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, Calif., tapped Colette Menzel, PhD, to serve as COO.

1. Dr. Menzel now serves as both COO and CFO.
2. She has served as CFO of the hospital for the past 10 months.
3. She previously served as vice president of finance for Corra, a digital e-commerce agency.
4. She is actively involved in the community and serves on the AV Board of Trade.
