Oakland, Calif-based Alameda Health System has named associate CMOs at two of its hospitals: San Leandro (Calif.) Hospital and Alameda (Calif.) Hospital.
The new associate CMO at San Leandro Hospital is Steven Rosenthal, MD. He has more than 15 years of hospital management experience and has a private medical practice. He is certified in internal medicine, geriatrics and palliative care.
Alameda Hospital's new associate CMO is Donato Stinghen, MD, who most recently served as active medical staff at San Leandro Hospital. He is a practicing vascular surgeon.
As associate CMOs, Drs. Rosenthal and Stinghen will work with AHS' CMO, Willliam Peruzzi, MD, and with their respective hospital's medical staff leaders to oversee patient care delivery.
