Erickajoy Daniels, vice president and chief diversity officer for Charlotte, N.C.-based Advocate Health's Midwest region, is stepping down from the role.
"We thank Erickajoy for her many years of service and contributions to the organization, and we wish her all the best in future endeavors," a spokesperson for the health system told Becker's in a Feb. 14 statement.
The system declined to confirm if or when a successor would be named.
Ms. Daniels previously served as senior vice president and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for Advocate Aurora Health, which had dual headquarters in Downers Grove, Ill., and Milwaukee. She transitioned into her regional role after the system combined with Charlotte-based Atrium Health in 2022, forming Advocate Health.
According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, Ms. Daniels is leaving the role at the end of February to begin her own coaching and consulting firm.
