AdventHealth hospitals make 3 clinical leadership changes

Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth made clinical leadership changes at several of its hospitals this week.

The appointments come as AdventHealth and Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health end their Centura Health joint venture, with each health system directly managing their respective care sites in Colorado and Kansas.

Three chief nursing officer and chief medical officer appointments that AdventHealth announced this week:

1. Stacy Kreil, DNP, RN, was named chief nursing officer for AdventHealth Lake Placid, AdventHealth Wauchula and AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, effective Sept. 5. Dr. Kreil most recently served as vice president and chief nursing officer for Centura Health in Colorado Springs, according to an Aug. 2 news release shared with Becker's.

2. AdventHealth Ocala in Florida named Rodrigo Torres, MD, CMO, effective Aug. 14, according to an Aug. 2 news release. Dr. Torres has served as CMO of AdventHealth Zephyrhills and AdventHealth Dade City — both in Florida — for the past four years.

3. Victoria Selley, DO, MSN, was appointed chief medical officer of AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, effective Sept. 5. She most recently served as the organization's emergency department medical director.
