Accountable Radiology Advisors, a healthcare consulting practice based in Columbus, Ohio, has hired Mary Lou Beaulieu and Holly Galinger as senior consultants to clients of the firm.
"The goal in every [integrated delivery network] today is to promote greater efficiency and systemness," Teri Yates, president of ARA, said in a news release. "Our firm is growing because there is a pressing need to help health systems transform their disparate radiology departments into a cohesive imaging service line that operates under a common set of standards and best practices."
Ms. Beaulieu has more than two decades of experience developing quality, compliance and risk management programs in both hospitals and private radiology practices.
Prior to joining ARA, she was chief compliance officer and director of quality and risk management for Radisphere National Radiology Group, which has offices in Beachwood, Ohio, and Westport, Conn. She also previously was chief compliance and risk officer and director of human resources at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, Vt.
Ms. Galinger has more than 18 years of experience managing all aspects of medical imaging operations. Prior to joining ARA, she served in various senior management and billing management roles during her 17-year tenure at Cincinnati-based ProScan Imaging.
