Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.
The executives are listed below, alphabetically.
1. Dennis E. Burke, president and CEO of Hermiston, Ore.-based Good Shepherd Health Care System, plans to retire next year, ending a 31-year tenure.
2. Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, N.Y., named Richard A. Duvall CEO, effective in mid-October.
3. Hillsdale (Mich.) Hospital has tapped JJ Hodshire to serve as CEO, effective June 1, 2020.
4. Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, Mich., has selected Chuck Nelson to serve as president and CEO.
5. Lake Chelan (Wash.) Community Hospital has tapped George Rohrich to serve as CEO, effective in December.
6. Orange Park (Fla.) Medical Center appointed Lisa Valentine CEO.
7. Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, La., tapped Dionne E. Viator to serve as interim CEO.
8. Manchester-based Eastern Connecticut Health Network appointed Deborah Weymouth CEO.
