Parsons, Kan.-based Labette Health has selected Brian Williams as the hospital's next CEO.
Plans are for Mr. Williams to assume the role no later than Sept. 1.
Here are four things to know about Mr. Williams.
1. Mr. Williams comes to Labette Health from Springfield, Mo.-based CoxHealth, where he serves as vice president and chief of business development and neurosciences.
2. Mr. Williams is a Fellow of the AmericanCollege of Medical Practice Executives and a Fellow of the AmericanCollege of Healthcare Executives.
3. Mr. Williams has a bachelor's degree from SouthwestMissouriUniversity and a master's degree in business administration from Drury University.
4. Mr. Williams is retired from the U.S. Army where he achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel.
