1. Ann Abe will step into the interim CEO role at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, Calif.

2. St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston appointed Kimberly Bassett, RN, president.

3. Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, Mont., selected John Bishop to serve as CEO.

4. The Medical Center of Aurora (Colo.) named Stacy Black, MSN, RN, associate chief nursing officer.

5. Cuba (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital CEO Andrew H. Boser III, is resigning Aug. 31.

6. Paul Chodkowski, CEO of St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco, Colo., is retiring, effective Aug. 3.

7. St. Louis-based Ascension named Eduardo Conrado executive vice president and chief digital officer, a newly created role, effective Sept. 1.

8. Erie, Pa.-based UPMC Hamot CFO Steve Danch retired July 31.

9. UnityPoint Health-Des Moines (Iowa) named Mike Dewerff senior vice president and CFO, effective Sept. 17.

10. Adam Dimm, president and CEO of Huntingdon, Pa.-based J.C. Blair Health System, is departing Aug. 1.

11. Karen Fordham, CEO of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based St. Joseph Hospital, resigned for a new job opportunity outside Indiana.

12. Baptist Health Richmond (Ky.) dropped 'interim' from President Greg Gerard's title.

13. Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn., selected Timothy M. Grant, MD, to serve as CMO.

14. Pittsburgh-based Highmark Health appointed Karen Hanlon COO, a newly created role.

15. Hartford, Conn.-based Trinity Health of New England selected Syed A. Hussain, MD, to serve as senior vice president and CMO, effective Aug. 1.
