1. Dignity Health-St. Mary Medical Center selected Charles K. Anderson, MD, to serve as CMO, effective immediately.
2. Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Md., named Jennifer C. Baldwin, RN, vice president of nursing and chief nursing officer, effective May 13.
3. St. Louis-based Ascension named James K. Beckmann president and CEO of Ascension Holdings International, effective April 15.
4. UVM Health Network's Porter Medical Center in Middlebury, Vt., promoted Anna Benvenuto, MD, to the CMO role.
5. Monmouth Medical Center and the Unterberg Children's Hospital in Long Branch, N.J., welcomed Eric Carney as CEO.
6. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health has tapped Penny Cermak to serve as executive vice president and system CFO, effective immediately.
7. Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health appointed Christina Coidakis Barss, PhD, vice president and chief learning officer, effective May 6.
8. Copley Hospital in Morrisville, Vt., selected Deb Dorain to serve as CFO.
9. Riverhead, Wyo.-based SageWest Health Care has selected John Ferrelli to serve as CEO, effective April 22.
10. Geri Forbes, former CEO of Coupeville, Wash.-based WhidbeyHealth, resigned from the role April 16, changing course from an earlier announcement that she would stay on as CEO until her retirement, effective July 1.
11. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Centennial in Frisco, Texas, selected Ryan Gebhart to serve as president.
12. MercyOne Centerville (Iowa) Medical Center named Matthew Johnson, DPT, president, effective April 16.
13. E.J. Kuiper, DPT, president and CEO of the Central Illinois division of Hospital Sisters Health System, will become president and CEO of HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Ill.
14. Winnie Mack, an executive from New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health, will become interim leader of East Meadow, N.Y.-based Nassau University Medical Center, effective April 15.
15. Stephen L. Mansfield, PhD, president and CEO of Dallas-based Methodist Health System, will retire, effective April 23.
16. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health appointed Brett S. McClung president and CEO, effective in early July.
17. Lourdes Health in Pasco, Wash., selected Robert Monical to serve as CEO, effective April 29.
18. Lynchburg, Va.-based Centra health system selected Andrew T. Mueller, MD, to serve as president and CEO, effective May 15.
19. McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., appointed Bill Murdock vice president and CFO, effective April 22.
20. Isaac Palmer, CEO of Christus Shreveport-Bossier Health System in Shreveport, La., is resigning for new professional opportunities.
21. Batesville, Ark.-based White River Health System named Jeff Reifsteck assistant vice president and CIO.
22. Phoenix-based Banner Health has named Laura Robertson CEO of Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, Ariz.
23. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health selected Onel Rodriguez as CFO of Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
24. Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine named Suzanne Sawyer senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, effective June 24.
25. Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, Kan., tapped Kevin Steck to serve as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer.
26. Batesville, Ark.-based White River Health System appointed Chris Steel, MD, vice president and chief quality officer.
27. Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla., selected Xavier Villarreal to serve as CEO.
28. Merit Health Central in Jackson, Miss., tapped Tom Wills, RN, to serve as COO.
29. Joe Woodin, former CEO of South Peninsula Hospital in Homer, Alaska, resigned April 16.
