1. Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews, Texas, named Donny Booth interim CEO.
2. Eddie Bratko will become president of Mercy Hospital of Buffalo (N.Y.).
3. Mercy Catholic Medical Center, with campuses in Philadelphia and Darby, Pa., has selected Christopher Cullom to serve as president, effective Aug. 12.
4. UnityPoint Health-Trinity appointed Robert Erickson president and CEO, effective Sept. 23.
5. Teresa Fisher has resigned as executive leader of the Montana Children's Medical Center in Kalispell less than two months after assuming the position.
6. Dignity Health-Glendale (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and Health Center has tapped Bradley Grote to serve as COO.
7. Terry Gunn became market CEO of Providence Health in Columbia, S.C., and KershawHealth in Camden, S.C., effective Aug. 13.
8. AllianceHealth Woodward (Okla.) hospital has tapped Landon E. Hise to serve as CEO, effective Sept. 16.
9. Alan King is coming out of retirement to once again lead Covenant Health Plainview (Texas) as CEO.
10. Grand Rapids, Minn.-based Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital named Jean MacDonell president and CEO.
11. Joyce Markiewicz was named chief business development officer of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health.
12. Charlottesville-based University of Virginia Medical Center has named Mike Marquardt CFO, effective Aug. 12.
13. Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health System named Matthew Mattner COO.
14. Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, Iowa, has tapped Erin Muck, RN, to serve as CEO.
15. Mercy Health-Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati appointed Timothy L. Prestridge CFO, effective Aug. 12.
16. St. David's Georgetown (Texas) Hospital has appointed Christina Roscoe COO.
17. San Angelo (Texas) Community Medical Center has tapped Rodney Schumacher to serve as CEO, effective Aug. 18.
18. Clinch Memorial Hospital in Homerville, Ga., has tapped Teressia Shook to serve as CFO.
19. KershawHealth in Camden, S.C., appointed Sue Shugart CEO, effective Aug. 13.
20. John Sperrazza was appointed president of Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y., and its St. Joseph Campus.
21. St. Louis-based SSM Health appointed Mark Thompson, MD, president of medical groups for its Wisconsin region.
22. Gary Tucker, president and CEO of Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, N.Y., is retiring in October.
23. C.J. Urlaub will become president of Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, N.Y.

25. Venice (Fla.) Regional Bayfront Health has tapped Danny Warren Jr. to serve as CFO.
