1. Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., named Todd Duthaler, DO, as CMIO.
2. Sameer Badlani, MD, is leaving his position as CMIO of University of Chicago Medicine and Biological Sciences Division to join Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare as chief health information officer.
3. Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y., promoted Kimberly Rose from director of IT to CIO.
4. David Lundal was named CIO of Presence Health in Chicago.
5. Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica, N.Y., which formed in March through the affiliation of Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, appointed John Lynch as CIO.
6. Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services selected Alistair Jacques as CIO
7. Avery Cloud, CIO of New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C., stepped down to accept a new position in Houston.

8. Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System appointed Raymond Gensinger, MD, as CIO.
9. Community Health Network in Indianapolis appointed Michael Shrift, MD, as its CMIO.
10. Troy May was named CIO of Louisville, Ky.-based Passport Health Plan.
11. Loyola University Health System based in Maywood, Ill., appointed Christopher Wood, MD, CMIO.
