Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Spartanburg, S.C.-based Mary Black Health System selected Sean T. Dardeau, to serve as market CEO.

2. Straub Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, appointed John Belew COO.

3. Hillsboro, Ore.-based Tuality Healthcare appointed Joe Hardman, MD, permanent CMO.

4. Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J., named Anthony Passannante Jr., MD, acting president.

5. Steven Orlow, MD, chief medical information officer for Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network, resigned.

6. Western Connecticut Health Network in Danbury tapped Richard Freeman, MD, to serve as chief clinical officer, a newly created role.

7. Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System named Charles D. Stokes, BSN, RN, its permanent president and CEO, effective immediately.

8. Wailuku, Hawaii-based Maui Health System announced its new leadership team, which includes:

●    Joyce Tamori was named CFO
●    Gary Kienbaum, RN, is the health system's chief nursing executive
●    Traci Ing was tapped as chief administrative officer

9. St. Charles Parish Hospital in Luling, La., selected Terrell Neal, BSN, to serve as COO and CNO.

10. Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, Ga., appointed Eric Bour, MD, its new CEO.

11. Geneseo, Ill.-based Hammond-Henry Hospital CEO Jeff Lingerfelt announced his resignation, effective July 28.

12. Jenny Barnett-Sarpalius, senior vice president and CFO of the CHI Texas Division at Houston-based CHI St. Luke's Health, left her position.

13. Fort Smith, Ark.-based Sparks Health System named Brandon Bullard CFO.

14. Hickory, N.C.-based Catawba Valley Medical Center CFO David Boone retired, ending a 33-year tenure.

15. Jacksonville, Fla.-based St. Vincent's HealthCare named Tom VanOsdol its permanent president and CEO.

16. Brookdale Hospital in New York City selected Dominick Stanzione to serve as president and CEO, effective Aug. 1.

17. Clayton, Ga.-based Mountain Lakes Medical Center CEO Joe Forese, MD, is resigning, effective Aug. 1.

18. Coral Gables-based Baptist Health South Florida selected Joe Natoli as its new executive vice president and chief administrative officer, effective July 10.

19. Evansville, Ind.-based Deaconess Health System tapped Shawn McCoy as CEO and James Porter, MD, as president.
