1. Simi Valley (Calif.) Hospital appointed John Dingilian, MD, as CMO.
2. Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Community Healthcare appointed Evelyn Pagán, BSN, RN, as vice president of quality.
3. Sacramento, Calif.-based UC Davis Medical Center appointed Toby Marsh, MSN, RN, as chief of nursing and patient care services.
4. Betty Young-Cryer, RN, was promoted from CNO and administrator of Anderson Regional Medical Center South in Meridian, Miss., to CNO of the whole Meridian-based Anderson Regional Health System.
5. Medical City Arlington (Texas) chose Cathy McLaughlin, MSN, RN, as its CNO and Eric Benink, MD, as CMO.
6. Alexander de Nesnera, MD, became interim CMO of New Hampshire Hospital in Concord.
7. St. David's Round Rock (Texas) Medical Center named Michael Craun, MD, a trauma surgeon, as CMO.
8. Howard Shaw, MD, an OB-GYN, will become CMO of Medical City Denton (Texas) on Feb. 20.
9. The Medical Center of Aurora (Colo.) hired Rachel E. Miles, MSN, RN, to serve as CNO.
10. St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, Calif., named Derek Drake, DNP, RN, as CNO.
11. Jacqueline Medland, PhD, RN, was named president and CNO of Highlands-Cashiers Hospital in Franklin, N.C.
12. Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho, chose Michael Patmas, MD, to be its new CMO.
13. Sharron Chalke, MSN, RN, resigned from her post as vice president of nursing and CNO of Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
14. Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago appointed Bruce McNulty, MD, as vice president and CMO.
15. Anna Monnett, RN, retired from her post as chief nurse executive of Dayton (Ohio) VA Medical Center.
16. Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Agnesian HealthCare appointed Katherine Vergos, BSN, RN, as vice president and CNO of St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
17. Cindy Tooley, RN, was promoted from executive director of operations to administrator and director of nursing at Mercy St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View, Mo.
18. Boston-based Steward Health Care System named Joseph Weinstein, MD, as CMO.
