1. Dewane Pace was named CEO of Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, Ore.
2. Tim McGill, CEO of Livingston (Tenn.) Regional Hospital, will retire May 1.
3. Lance Mason, CFO of Livingston (Tenn.) Regional Hospital, will become CEO on March 31.
4. Frank Corcoran, BSN, was appointed CEO of Zachary, La.-based Lane Regional Medical Center, effective Jan. 13.
5. Robert Sabina was named CEO of HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center, effective Jan. 6.
6. Elias Armendariz, MSN, RN, was appointed CEO of HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland (Texas).
7. Jay Carmichael was named president and CEO of Paris, Ill.-based Horizon Health, effective Jan. 20.
8. Ollie Smith, 11-year president and CEO of Paris, Ill.-based Horizon Health, retired at the end of 2024.
9. Rob McLin plans to retire in January 2026 as president and CEO of Good Samaritan in Vincennes, Ind.
10. Adam Thacker, COO of Good Samaritan in Vincennes, Ind., will succeed Rob McLin as CEO.
11. Joe Delatorre, CEO of Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health, was appointed president of a new Orlando Health hospital in Wesley Chapel, Fla., which is scheduled to open in 2026.
12. Guy Cayo was named CEO of UT Health Quitman in Texas, part of the UT Health East Texas system.
13. Jeff Perry, MSN, was named CEO of Warsaw, N.Y.-based Wyoming County Community Health System, effective Jan. 1.
14. Joe Hernandez was appointed CEO of HCA Healthcare's Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas, effective Jan. 1.
15. Kory Browning was named CEO of Northwest Medical Center-Springdale (Ark.), effective Jan. 20.
16. David Schreiner, PhD, president and CEO of Dixon, Ill.-based Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital, retired Dec. 31.
17. Doug Boysen, president and CEO of Corvallis, Ore.-based Samaritan Health Services, plans to step down from the role in 2025.
