1. Wyoming County Community Health System in Warsaw, N.Y., appointed Connie Almeter, RN, chief nursing officer, a newly created role.
2. Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, Fla., has tapped Becky Baute, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.
3. The Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston has selected Cindy Celnik, MD, to serve as CMO, effective Nov. 11.
4. New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center named Lisa M. DeAngelis, MD, physician-in-chief and CMO.
5. Seaford, Del.-based Nanticoke Memorial Hospital has tapped Ray Fulkrod Jr. DNP, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.
6. Riverside Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester, Va., has tapped Sandy Hurley, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.
7. Tulane Health System in New Orleans appointed Ruth Kain chief nursing officer, effective Sept. 30.
8. Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston named Veronica Martin DNP, RN, chief nursing officer.
9. Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health has selected Stephanie Meade, DNP, RN, to serve as chief nursing executive of its Mid-American Group/Cincinnati.
10. North Shore Medical Center in Miami named Jessica Miller CNO.
11. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., has tapped Regina Peterson, DNP, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer, effective immediately.
12. Ascension's Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, Tenn., has appointed Nicole Schlechter, MD, PhD, the new CMO for Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, effective Oct. 1.
13. Southcoast Health in New Bedford, Mass., has appointed Jacqueline Gannon Somerville, PhD, RN, senior vice president and chief nursing officer of its hospitals group.
14. Texas Health Hospital Mansfield appointed Kristen Sutton, vice president and chief nursing officer.
15. Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn., has tapped Julian Yang, MD, to serve as CMO.
16. Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Saint Joseph Mercy Health System has selected Karla Zarb, RN, as CNO of two facilities.
