1. Community Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo., hired Carolle Anne Banville, PhD, to serve as COO and CNO.
2. Rome (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital tapped Andrew Bushnell, MD, to serve as permanent CMO.
3. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health appointed Carolyn Carter, BSN, RN, CNO for Broward Health Coral Springs (Fla.).
4. Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton named Cindy Danner, MSN, RN, CNO.
5. Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., selected Mark Dumais, MD, to serve as CMO.
6. Beaumont, Grosse Pointe (Mich.) promoted Nicholas Gilpin, DO, to the CMO role.
7. Oklahoma City-based Integris Health tapped Tommy Ibrahim, MD, to serve as CMO.
8. Washington, D.C.-based United Medical Center appointed Eric Li, MD, its interim CMO.
9. Goshen (Ind.) Health tapped Dan Nafziger, MD, to serve as CMO, effective in January.
10. Morgantown, W.Va.-based Mon Health selected Gregory Nelcamp, MD, as CMO of Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.
11. The Medical Center of Aurora (Colo.), part of Denver-based HCA/HealthONE, named Lesley G. Rehak, MSN, RN, associate CNO.
12. Hospital for Special Care, a freestanding long-term acute care hospital in New Britain, Conn., tapped J. Kevin Shushtari, MD, to serve as CMO.
13. Northeast Georgia Medical Center Barrow in Winder selected Heather Standard, BSN, RN, as its new CNO.
14. St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh appointed John T. Sullivan, MD, senior vice president and CMO.
15. Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital in Houston hired Ann Szapor to serve as the vice president and CNO.
16. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health selected Andrew K. Ta, MD, as CMO.
