They are listed below, in alphabetical order.
1. Bruce Auerbach, MD, CEO of Attleboro, Mass.-based Sturdy Memorial Hospital, retired June 19, earlier than planned.
2. Wick Baker, president of Vidant Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro, N.C., plans to retire later this year.
3. David Blom, CEO of Columbus-based OhioHealth, plans to retire in fall 2019 after 17 years at the helm.
4. Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health Executive Vice President of People and Corporate Services Noel Burt, PhD, is retiring, effective in 2019.
5. James J. Dickson, CEO of Copper Queen Community Hospital in Bisbee, Ariz., retired July 1.
6. Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Health System President and CEO George Kerwin plans to retire this year.
7. Robert K. Lambert, MD, president and CEO of Elmira, N.Y.-based Arnot Health, retired June 25.
8. Janet Mullaney, chief administrative officer of Greenville, N.C.-based Vidant Health and president of Vidant Health Foundation, retired July 6.
9. Jeri Nelson, CFO of Portola, Calif.-based Eastern Plumas Health Care, retired June 15.
10. Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System's Vice President of Community Health Policy and Strategy Renee Romberger is retiring Aug. 6.
11. Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health COO Judy Schanel is retiring in 2019.
12. John Strange, president and CEO of Duluth, Minn.-based St. Luke's Health Care System, plans to retire in July 2019.
13. Steve Tucker, CEO of Johnstown, Pa.-based Conemaugh Health System, is retiring Sept. 7.
14. Salem, Ark.-based Fulton County Hospital CEO Charles Willett retired July 1.
