1. Tim Attebery, CEO of Kingsport, Tenn.-based Holston Valley Medical Center, is resigning for a new job opportunity.
2. Cuba (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital CEO Andrew H. Boser III, is resigning Aug. 31.
3. San Andreas, Calif.-based Mark Twain Medical Center President and CEO Robert Diehl resigned July 31.
4. Adam Dimm, president and CEO of Huntingdon, Pa.-based J.C. Blair Health System, departed Aug. 1.
5. Claudia A. Eisenmann, CEO of Wilbarger General Hospital in Vernon, Texas, is resigning, after Sept. 7.
6. Karen Fordham, CEO of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based St. Joseph Hospital, resigned for a new job opportunity outside Indiana.
7. Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health's Chief Information Services Operating Officer Stuart James departed.
8. Brett Kirkpatrick, executive director of operations at TriHealth's McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio, and Bethesda Butler Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio, is leaving his post.
9. Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health's Senior Vice President and CIO Jonathan Manis left the organization.
10. Rapid City, S.D.-based Regional Health CEO Brent Phillips stepped down from his role, effective immediately, due to a personnel issue.
11. Rodney Reider, former president and CEO of Boise, Idaho-based St. Alphonsus Health System stepped down July 30.
12. Bullhead City, Ariz.-based Western Arizona Regional Medical Center CEO Thomas Salerno resigned.
13. Phoenix-based Banner Health Senior Vice President and CIO Ryan Smith resigned, completing his five-year tenure July 19.
14. Ginger Williams, MD, president and CEO of Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Mich., resigned Aug. 3.
