1. Eureka Springs (Ark.) Hospital appointed Vicki Andert CEO.
2. West Palm Beach, Fla.-based St. Mary's Medical Center appointed Michelle Cartwright CFO.
3. Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health selected Edward A. Chabalowski to serve as CFO of Phoenixville (Pa.) Hospital, effective May 21.
4. Laconia, N.H.-based LRGHealthcare appointed Theresa L. Champagne, RN, DNP, chief nursing officer, effective May 28.
5. Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health, a 28-hospital system, selected Robert H. Fish to serve as interim CEO, effective immediately.
6. Payson, Utah-based Mountain View Hospital appointed Katie King, RN, its permanent chief nursing officer.
7. Sacramento, Calif.-based UC Davis named David A. Lubarsky, MD, vice chancellor of human health sciences and CEO of UC Davis Health, effective July 2.
8. Broward Health North in Deerfield Beach, Fla., tapped Susan M. Newton to serve as COO.
9. Madera (Calif.) Community Hospital selected Karen Paolinelli, RN, to serve as its permanent CEO.
10. TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., hired Eric Schuck, MD, to serve as CMO, effective Aug. 6.
11. Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Ga., appointed Angela Swayne, MD, its new CMO.
12. Carlyle Walton, president and CEO of Killeen, Texas-based Metroplex Health System, is resigning.
13. Johnson City, Tenn.-based Ballad Health appointed Andrew Wampler vice president of operational excellence and lean management of the health system as well as CFO of Franklin Woods Community Hospital and Woodridge Hospital, both based in Johnson City.
14. Cheverly-based University of Maryland Capital Region Health selected Joseph L. Wright, MD, to serve as senior vice president and CMO, effective Sept. 10.
