1. Shreveport, La.-based Willis-Knighton Health System named Brian Crawford senior vice president and chief administrative officer, effective Jan. 9.
2. La Grande, Ore.-based Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics appointed Jeremy Davis CEO.
3. The University of Miami Health System named Stephen L. Demers COO, effective Jan. 21.
4. Mount Airy, N.C.-based Northern Hospital of Surry County tapped Jason W. Edsall, MD, to serve as CMO, effective, Jan. 1.
5. Ruth E. Hennessey will serve as president of West Islip, N.Y.-based Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center.
6. Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Ill., and Advocate Trinity Hospital in Chicago appointed Rashard Johnson president.
7. John Lloyd, co-CEO of Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health, is retiring.
8. University of Louisville (Ky.) Health selected Tom Miller to serve as CEO, effective Jan. 7.
9. Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services of Long Island promoted James O'Connor to president of St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, N.Y.
10. Lauderdale Lakes-based Florida Medical Center selected Dianne Rosario, BSN, to serve as chief nursing officer.
11. Mission Hospital CEO Tarek Salaway is leaving the Mission Viejo, Calif.-based hospital to take a regional executive position with Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.
12. Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services of Long Island named Peter Scaminaci president of Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre.
13. Edinburg, Texas-based Doctors Hospital at Renaissance selected Manish Singh, MD, to serve as CEO.
14. Little Rock-based Arkansas Children's tapped Brent Thompson to serve as senior vice president and chief legal officer.
