13 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. John Adlesich, CEO of South Big Horn County Hospital in Basin, Wyo., submitted his resignation to the hospital board.

2. Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo named Ryan Chandler CEO.

3. Shawnee Mission (Kan.) Health President and CEO Ken Bacon is departing, effective April 6.

4. Tyler-based UT Health East Texas appointed Vicki Briggs CEO of UT Health Tyler, its 502-bed flagship hospital.

5. Shannon Brown, CEO of Huntsville (Texas) Memorial Hospital, resigned.

6. Rutland (Vt.) Regional Medical Center named Claudio D. Fort president and CEO, effective in the spring.

7. John Kessler, president and CEO of Salem (Ill.) Township Hospital, resigned March 5.

8. Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Health appointed Daniel McCormick, MD, president and CEO of Franciscan Health Crown Point (Ind.).

9. Turlock, Calif.-based Emanuel Medical Center CEO Sue Micheletti is no longer working at the hospital.

10. St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, Conn., selected Dawn Rudolph to serve as president and CEO, effective March 23.

11. Sanford, N.C.-based Central Carolina Hospital selected Spencer Thomas to serve as permanent CEO.

12. Navicent Health Baldwin in Milledgeville, Ga., selected Judy Ware to serve as interim CEO.

13. Grand Forks, N.D.-based Altru Health System named Brad Wehe CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2019.
