The following hospital and health system CEO moves have been reported by Becker's since Jan. 11:
1. Theresa Guenther was named permanent CEO of Avera Creighton (Neb.) Hospital after serving in an interim capacity.
2. Stan Holm is no longer president and CEO of Olathe (Kan.) Health now that the health system has become part of the University of Kansas Health System, based in Kansas City. Jason Hannagan, Olathe Health's chief ambulatory/legal officer, will serve as interim CEO.
3. Steve Gordon left retirement to serve as interim CEO for Valley Regional Hosptial in Claremont, N.H.
4. Michelle Krause, MD, was named CEO of Little Rock, Ark.-based UAMS Medical Center and senior vice chancellor of UAMS Health.
5. Tony Keene is no longer CEO of Kirskville, Mo.-based Northeast Regional Medical Center. Dwayne Blaylock was named to the interim role.
6. Tara McCoy was named CEO of Hospital for Special Surgery Florida, based in West Palm Beach.
7. Nicholas Shirilla was named CEO of Roswell, N.M.-based Lovelace Regional Hospital.
8. John J. Warner, MD, was named CEO of Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
9. Dustin Greene left his role as CEO of HCA Healthcare's TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., to serve as CEO of Henderson, Texas-based QuickVisit Urgent Care. Mark Miller was named his successor.
10. Mike Murrill stepped down as president and CEO of AdventHealth Southeast region and its Redmond, Ga., hospital.
11. Gary Horan is retiring as president and CEO of Elizabeth, N.J.-based Trinitas Regional Medical Center, part of West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health, on April 14.
12. Tyler Taylor was named CEO of Elberton, Ga.-based Elbert Memorial Hospital.
13. Kevin Manemann is leaving his role as CEO of Renton, Wash.-based Providence's South Division for a new role with City of Hope in Duarte, Calif.
14. Asante Hilts, DrPH, was named president and CEO of Columbus, Ga.-based Valley Healthcare System.
15. Kevin Slavin is retiring as president and CEO of Paterson, N.J.-based St. Joseph's Health at the end of 2023.
