Lisa Zinkula has been the CFO of Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center, Iowa, since 2003, and she's already been recognized as one of the top overall leaders in the region.

GCMH is also affiliated with Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa, a 225-bed hospital that is part of Iowa Health System. Ms. Zinkula worked at Allen Hospital's accounting department before joining GCMH in 2003.
