Before becoming CFO of Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J., David McClung had already amassed a considerable amount of financial leadership experience.
Mr. McClung has worked in a CFO capacity since 1983 and has served in that role at Portsmouth (N.H.) Regional Hospital, CJW Medical Center in Richmond, Va., and Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver. He holds a bachelor's degree in health planning and administration from Penn State University in State College, Pa.
Mr. McClung has also completed graduate school courses at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va., Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond and the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies in Morgantown. Additionally, he completed Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America's executive management program and HCA's CFO/controller development program.
