Mr. Douglas has been CFO of Riverside Medical Center since 2006, and he has served in various other financial and operational positions at the hospital. These include vice president of finance, director of planning and operations, and treasurer.
According to the American Hospital Directory, Riverside Medical Center had total revenue of $744 million last year. Mr. Douglas — a certified public accountant and member of several healthcare financial organizations — helped the hospital achieve a net income of $25 million in 2011 for an operating margin of 3.4 percent.
