Before joining Memorial Hospital of Union County, Mr. Hubbs served as CEO of Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville, Ohio, for four years. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities at nine different hospitals.
With Mr. Hubbs at the helm, Memorial Hospital of Union County has grown in space and in achievements. For instance, the hospital broke ground on a new medical office building in November that will include a new outpatient imaging center and expanded sports performance training.

In addition to new advancements at his hospital this year, Mr. Hubbs had an exciting year outside of his role at Memorial Hospital of Union County: He was elected to a four-year term on the Board of Education for Fairbanks Local Schools and was announced as the chair-elect to the Ohio Hospital Association Board of Trustees, a position he'll start Jan. 1, 2014. He has been a board trustee at large for the OHA since 2010.
Mr. Hubbs earned a master's degree in health administration from Indiana University and did a fellowship at the Sinai Health System in Chicago.
