Bruce Lawrence serves as president and CEO of Integris Health, a healthcare system based in Oklahoma City.
Mr. Lawrence has been with Integris since 2001, serving as president of Integris' Baptist and Southwest Medical Centers in Oklahoma City and as executive vice president and COO of the system prior to becoming the system's president and CEO. Under his leadership, Thompson Reuters has named Integris as one of the top healthcare systems in the nation.
Integris Health bills itself as the largest healthcare system in Oklahoma, and Mr. Lawrence has helped expand Integris' reach. In January, Integris became the majority owner of Lakeside Women's Hospital in Oklahoma City. "Our interest in Lakeside Women's Hospital is one that includes a great amount of respect for the way their physicians and staff have cared for women throughout the years," Mr. Lawrence said in a news release. "Our intent as the new partner is to continue the same exemplary care both organizations are known for."
Outside of leading Integris, Mr. Lawrence is on the boards of the Oklahoma Hospital Association, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Central Oklahoma. He is also a past chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Hospital Council and a member of Crossings Community Church.
In recognition of Mr. Lawrence's years of dedication to healthcare leadership, Becker's Hospital Review named him to its 2012 list of 100 Non-Profit Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know as well as its 2012 list of 300 Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know.
