A portable electronic device containing personal medical information was stolen from the hospital. Officials believe it was stolen on March 30 or 31. The device may contain patients' names, dates of birth, hospital medical record numbers and diagnoses. It does not include Social Security numbers or addresses.
Hospital officials say that there is no indication that the information has been viewed or misused, according to the report.
